Adobe On Campus July 28 to Discuss Electronic Signature Service

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – IT Services will host Adobe representatives from 10:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 28, to demonstrate the Adobe Sign electronic signature product. The demonstration will be in the Administrative Services Building, Room 240. Faculty and staff are invited to attend and provide feedback. Registration is not required.

IT Services is working with colleges and departments to improve all Adobe services available at the university. Representatives from several areas have expressed an interest in a campuswide solution for secure electronic signatures. Electronic signatures increase efficiency, reducing manual tasks and paper waste.

Adobe Sign provides a way for faculty and staff to use electronic signatures for contracts, agreements, applications, enrollments, estimates and other documents. Workflows are also available, allowing administrators to track the electronic signing process. Adobe Sign also offers added security with digital signatures using certificate-based digital IDs. More information about mobile capabilities and other features is available on the Adobe Sign FAQ.
