One-Hour Research Study for $20 for Smokers and Dieters

Current smokers (with an interest in quitting or cutting down use) and dieters may be eligible to participate in a psychological research study. However, this is not a treatment study; we will not be providing clinical services as a part of this research.

If you are over the age of 18 and currently dieting or smoking, you may be eligible to participate in a study related to eating or smoking goals. As a participant in the study, you will be asked to complete questionnaires and to complete several tasks in the lab, including a handgrip strength task, a drawing task and rating products that may include food items.

Your time is important to us, and you will be compensated $20 for a one-hour study that will take place on the University of Arkansas campus. If interested, please contact the Laboratory for Emotion and Addictive Processes at 479-310-0522 and ask about the Eating Goals or the Smoking Goals study. You can also email LEAPuark@gmail.com for additional information
