Engineering, Business Students Encouraged to Attend P66 Day

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas students from the College of Engineering and Sam M. Walton College of Business are encouraged to attend the first-ever P66 Day on Sept. 26. A recruiting team from the company will be on campus for the STEM and business career fairs and will hold several information sessions as part of their visit. The company is hiring for both intern and full-time positions, specifically from the following majors: accounting, computer science, engineering, finance, information systems and supply chain management.

The day will begin with a free breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at three locations - the ramp inside Bell Engineering Center, the entryway to the Walton College Business Administration Building and the exterior entrance of the J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. Center for Academic Excellence. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the company will offer free food, games and prizes on the Union Mall.

Walton College is hosting an event in conjunction with P66 Day from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. This networking opportunity is available specifically for students involved in Leadership Walton and graduate business students.

In addition to these events, representatives from the company will also be speaking to select finance and IT/programming classes throughout the day. During the lunchtime event on the Union Mall, recruiters will be holding information sessions about the company in ARKU 513-514.

P66 holds these special recruiting days on several campuses throughout the country. Students are encouraged to follow their Instagram account and Facebook page for additional updates and opportunities, as well as the chance to see photos from the University of Arkansas P66 Day.
