Staff Appreciation Continues Today with a Free Ice Cream Social

Staff Appreciation Ice Cream Social takes place this afternoon from 1:45-3 p.m. in the Arkansas Union Connections Lounge. Staff are invited to come and enjoy free ice cream and get to know some of the other outstanding staff on campus.

Provost Ashok Saxena will be on hand to help serve the ice cream and mingle with our staff. "We can't thank our staff members enough for the work they do every day to make the university a better place for all, but we certainly try," Saxena said. "Because ice cream is always a good way to say thanks, please join me at the Ice Cream Social as we recognize the support our staff provides to the university's academic mission."

There are two other events also happening today. "Workshop: Going Back to School" a free information session on staff educational benefits available at the University of Arkansas. Additionally you can learn about cybersecurity in your digital life at home and work during our Thursday Brown Bag Lunch. Learn more about the events today and all week long by visiting Staff Appreciation Events.
