Campus Technology Wants You

So many new services and facilities are popping up on campus this year that you want to know about!

Visit the J.B. Hunt Center Help Desk. Did you know about the IT Help Desk located on the second floor of the J.B. Hunt Transport Services Center for Academic Excellence? Staffed 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, this Help Desk is getting lonely. Get your tech help with less wait time.

Enjoy some java. Have a fresh cup of coffee while knocking out some research or printing a document before class in the mini computer lab located within the University of Arkansas Bookstore on Garland. Although it may be tiny, it is fierce. This location is also a fully functioning extension of the IT Help Desk.

Print from your phone, tablet or laptop. Students can upload documents and print from any computer lab on campus using Web Print at printsmart.uark.edu. Instructions are available at techarticles.uark.edu/378.

Contact the CIO Team. Do you have ideas or feedback? We want to hear from you! Visit its.uark.edu/contact to send a message to IT leadership. Without your ideas, we make decisions for you. Keep your words coming, and thank you for allowing us to serve such an amazing campus!

Get ready! So many new and exciting technology improvements are on their way to serve you. Keep watching at facebook.com/uarkits and twitter.com/uaits
