Document Management System Successfully Upgraded to Perceptive Content
IT Services upgraded the document management system to Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) during extended maintenance over the weekend. The upgrade brings a slightly different appearance and a new Perceptive Content WebApp at pcweb.uark.edu. ImageNow desktop applications automatically updated to Perceptive Content.
To report any changes in functionality following the upgrade, create a request in AskIT and select Document Management from the Category drop-down menu. Learn more about the campus document management system.
