The Arkansas Alumni Association will host Membership Appreciation Day on Nov. 5 and 12 at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House during the Hog Wild Tailgate.

On Nov. 5, Alumni Association members in attendance will receive an exclusive Razorback snowcap. The Nov. 12 Membership Appreciation Day giveaway is a Arkansas Alumni "rollabanna." It's not too late to join and receive these giveaways! Here are the top five reasons to become a member:

  • Scholarships: Since January 2009, $5 of every annual membership and $50 of every life membership is dedicated to Arkansas Alumni need-based scholarships.
  • Students: Your membership supports the Student Alumni Association, the largest RSO on campus.
  • Connections: Join a network of over 140,000 alumni and connect back to your alma mater through events, ARKANSAS magazine, @Arkansas monthly e-newsletter and more.
  • Perks: We have over 90 perks, including local, national and worldwide discounts.
  • Pride: Once you're an Arkansas Razorback, you're always an Arkansas Razorback. Continue to show your U of A pride long after leaving the Hill by being an Arkansas Alumni Association member.

Annual memberships are $55 per household and life memberships are $1,000 per household.

Faculty and staff members can purchase a discounted annual membership of $35. Click here and use the promo code FAST when prompted.

Tailgates begin 2.5 hours before kickoff and conclude 30 minutes prior to kickoff. It is free to tailgate with the Alumni Association, with no registration required unless guests want to purchase a catered meal. The tailgates also feature food trucks and vendors located in the west alumni parking lot. For more information on Hog Wild Tailgates, visit www.arkansasalumni.org/hogwildtailgates.
