International Students, Scholars Invited to Partake in an American Thanksgiving

The University of Arkansas iFriend Program, in partnership with the Spring International Language Center, invites members of the campus community to participate in a program that connects international students, scholars and their families with American hosts for Thanksgiving dinner.

International students and scholars who would like to experience American culture by joining a family in Northwest Arkansas for Thanksgiving dinner may sign up by completing the registration form. The registration deadline is 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.

Thanksgiving dinner hosts and international students and scholars will meet their dinner match and make their Thanksgiving plans at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, in the Holcombe Hall Living Room. International students and scholars will celebrate Thanksgiving with their host families on Thursday, Nov. 24.
