Learn About Healthy Relationships at the 'Relationships Are Sweet' Activity Fair

When you are in a relationship — as a romantic partner, friend or roommate — the best person to talk to about the problems in your relationship is the person you're in a relationship with. But sometimes that is easier said than done.

Fortunately for the University of Arkansas community, the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at Pat Walker Health Center, wants to help you build and maintain healthy relationships!

On Wednesday, Feb. 8, join CAPS, the Health Center and University Housing at the Relationships Are Sweet activity fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Arkansas Union Connections Lounge.

Complete with relationship advice, fun quizzes, Sexual Jeopardy and much more, this is your chance to engage with relationship experts from the health center and University Housing.

"We are really excited to be hosing the Relationships Are Sweet event again this year," says Kendra Glasper, LMSW, senior mental health clinician and outreach coordinator for CAPS. "Relationships are one of the top reasons students seek out services from CAPS, so we are thrilled to be able to help students have healthy and positive physical and emotional relationships."
