Students Invited to Complete Survey for Reaccreditation Review Team

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas is asking students to take a short survey about their experiences at the U of A, as part of its reaccreditation evaluation by the Higher Learning Commission. The commission is the regional accrediting agency, and a team of its representative will visit campus April 10-11.

Students will receive an email Monday from the University of Arkansas with a link to take the online survey.

The survey will be open on Monday, March 6 and close on Wednesday March 15.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete. Student comments are an important part of the reaccreditation process. A summary of the student surveys will be provided to the reaccreditation team. The individual survey answers are anonymous and participation is completely voluntary.

The University of Arkansas has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission since 1924, with its last reaffirmation of accreditation occurring in the academic year 2006-07. The reaccreditation team will review the U of A’s ongoing ability to meet the commission’s criteria for accreditation.
