Physical Activity Courses to Be Offered in Summer Sessions

You can learn to play racquetball this summer at the University of Arkansas.

Several one-credit-hour physical activity courses will be offered this summer at the University of Arkansas.

All the courses with the PEAC code can typically be used as electives in degree programs. They will be taught by Dean Gorman, professor of kinesiology.

Summer Intersession May 15 - 26

  • PEAC 1621 Fitness Concepts, 9:15-10:30 a.m. MTWTFS

Summer First Session May 30 - June 13

  • PEAC 1221 Beginning Jogging, 11 a.m.-12:20 p.m. MTWTF
  • PEAC 1391 Fitness Walking, 1-2:30 p.m. MTWTF
  • PEAC 1471 Beginning Badminton, 9-10:30 a.m. MTWTF

Summer Second Session July 3 - Aug. 4

  • PEAC 1251 Beginning Racquetball, 9-10:30 a.m. MW
  • PEAC 1391 Fitness Walking, 12:45 - 2:15 p.m. MW
