Learn About Juvenile Justice at Law School on April 20
The Black Law Students Association will host a Juvenile Justice Program from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at the School of Law. The program will take place in room 336. This event is for any University of Arkansas students interested in learning about how children and teenagers are prosecuted within our modern justice system. Lunch will be provided for the student attendees.
Speakers from all angles of the legal process will offer insight into their experience with juvenile law. Panelists include Judge Earnest Brown, Prosecutor Sarah Ashley, and Public Defender Susanne Jeffus.
This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee.
