Call the IT Help Desk to Request Telephones, New Lines, Cell Service and More

Faculty and staff can now contact the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905 to request telephone services, including ordering phones, adding lines, requesting cell phone service or long distance authorization, etc.

This change is part of the second phase to combine telephone and technology services for a more streamlined customer experience. Combining this service into the existing IT Help Desk supports our goal of providing the best customer service to the university community.

The Communication Systems Office (formerly the Telephone Services Office) is responsible for managing the telephone infrastructure, including analog phones, cell phone service, long distance, operator lines, directory service, voicemail and other related services.
