Staff Senate Appreciation Picnic Is Today

The Staff Appreciation Lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today, Thursday, May 18, at Razorback Stadium. Click here for printable flyer.

Shuttles

Razorback Charters will provide free shuttle service to and from the picnic starting at 11 a.m. through 2 p.m.   Dropping and loading will only be at Gate 1 at Reynold's Razorback Stadium on the Razorback Road side of the stadium. Real-time shuttle tracking will be available on Campus Maps, choose the bus symbol Buses and select "Staff Picnic Shuttle."

Route Info 

Stops will be FAMA (key office), Gate 1 Razorback Stadium, Hotz Hall, Pat Walker Health Center, Waterman Hall on Maple, Old Main on Maple, Grad Ed Building on Maple, Bell Engineering on Dickson Street, Harmon Parking Garage, Starbucks on Dickson Street.

Parking

Free parking is available in green lots 72 and 73. Click here for detailed parking map.

Grillers

Washington County Sheriff's office and University Police Department will be running the grills for the event. Special guest appearances by the campus K9 Officers

Menu

Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken, Potato Salad, Little Debbie Treats, Pepsi soft drinks, water, and Hiland Dairy Ice Cream.

Door Prizes

Please bring your University ID cards to easily and quickly register for door prizes! Senators with ID card readers will be located at Gates 1 and 16. If you forget your ID that's okay a paper registration will also be available.
