Participants Wanted for Study on Economic Decision Making

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Students and staff are invited to participate in our research investigating individuals’ decision making in an economic setting. Please bring your student of staff ID.

The experiment will take approximately 15 minutes. Participants will receive $5 for taking part in the research.

The experiment will take place at the Behavioral Business Research Laboratory, located in the J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. Center for Academic Excellence, room 127 --1st floor, across from the elevators. Participants may be contacted the day after the experiment for some follow up questions.

To participate simply coming to the Behavioral Business Research Laboratory at one of these times and dates:

  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, July 13
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, July 17
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 18
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 19
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, July 20

Participation is voluntary, and participants may withdraw from the project at any time without giving a reason and without any negative consequences.

This experiment is part of a research project conducted by Rodolfo M. Nayga Jr., Distinguished Professor and Tyson Chair in Food Policy Economics in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness; Peter James McGee, assistant professor in the Department of Economics; and Claudia Bazzani. visiting assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Verona.
