Health Center Offers Two Free Weekly Yoga Classes

Free for students, faculty and staff, the Pat Walker Health Center's department of Wellness & Health Promotion offers two weekly yoga classes.

  • Mindful Flow | Mondays at 5:30 p.m.
  • YogaWell | Fridays at 11 a.m.

Classes are held in the Wellness Center on Garland. All levels of experience are welcome.
