Faculty: Apply Now for NEH Summer Stipends

The deadline to be considered for a summer stipend from the National Endowment for the Humanities is Sept. 15. Tenure and tenure-track faculty must be nominated by the institution to be eligible, and nominations are limited to two per institution. Contact Ralph Davis to apply, or with questions or comments. Non-tenure-track faculty may apply directly to NEH without a university endorsement.

NEH summer stipends support individuals pursuing advanced research that is of value to humanities scholars, general audiences, or both. Summer stipends support continuous full-time work on a humanities project for a period of two consecutive months and support projects at any stage of development. See the NEH website for more information.
