Upcoming Network Maintenance and Kofax Upgrades

Network maintenance scheduled Sunday morning will briefly affect internet access, and the Kofax Capture server will be upgraded on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Starting 7 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, campus internet access will be affected in most buildings for up to 10 minutes. Wi-Fi networks will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes in all locations.

The Kofax Capture server will be upgraded starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5. All current batches must be exported prior the upgrade. Following the upgrade, Kofax software must be upgraded for individual computers. Contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
