UAConnect Upgrade Kicks Off This Weekend

UAConnect will be unavailable to users starting this weekend in order to complete a two-year system upgrade. At midnight this Friday, Oct. 13, both UAConnect and Reporting will be locked. Anyone in the system at that time will be dropped.

UAConnect will again be available to users at 6 a.m. next Wednesday, Oct. 18. UAC Reporting will be available at 6 a.m. the following Wednesday, Oct. 25.

The new system offers an updated, modern look and feel based on Fluid technology. Homepages give users a faster, more efficient way to access data. And fluid pages are mobile friendly, automatically recognizing mobile devices and adapting to the correct layout. Not all UAConnect pages have been adapted to the new technology so many pages will feel familiar to users.

Work on this upgrade has been extensive and lays the groundwork for more fluid development. Enhancements to the system will be unveiled during the coming months.

UAConnect and Reporting users are encouraged to make plans now for the scheduled down times of both systems. Additional information about the upgrade is available on the Help-UAConnect website.
