Over 500 Attend Fourth Annual Animal Science Day

The fourth annual Animal Science Day Halloween Party on Friday, Oct. 27, was a roaring success with over 500 attendees from the university and surrounding community.
The event, which was executed by Department of Animal Science students, faculty and staff volunteers at the Pauline Whitaker Animal Science Center, included an entire evening of animal science and Halloween-related fun. Activities included a demonstration by the award-winning Arkansas Ranch Horse Team, a stock dog demonstration, costume contests for both humans and dogs, a haunted house, kids' fun house, trick-or treating, games and much, much more.
Great for children and families, Animal Science Day is a way for the Department of Animal Science to educate and celebrate animal science with the community. They can't wait to do it again next year!
