Program for Rising Female Leaders Graduates 13 in Fall 2017

Angela Grayson, founder of Precipice IP, will be the guest speaker for the Women's Personal Leadership Effectiveness program graduation Nov. 15.

ROGERS, Ark. – Thirteen rising female leaders will graduate from the Women’s Personal Leadership Effectiveness program Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the University of Arkansas Global Campus in Rogers.

In total, 36 women have completed the in-depth, character-based development program for female managers that was launched by Inseitz Group and the Global Campus in fall 2016.

Laura Jacobs, associate vice chancellor and chief of staff at the University of Arkansas, will welcome attendees at a ceremony to mark their completion of the program.

Angela Grayson, a principal member and founder of Precipice IP, PLLC, will be the guest speaker. Precipice is a consultancy and intellectual property law boutique specializing in patent, trademark, copyright and data law.

“Completion of the Personal Leadership Effectiveness program enhances the graduates’ ability to navigate their lives with intentionality and focus, equipped with their own personal/professional life plan,” said Becky Paneitz, founder of the Inseitz Group and president emeritus of NorthWest Arkansas Community College.

Lisa Ray, a regional executive with Arvest Bank in Arkansas and Missouri, said she is pleased with the growth of Arvest associates who have attended the program.

“The participants tell me that they feel more empowered to speak up with their great ideas,” Ray said. “They are contributing a higher level of leadership due to increased confidence and a laser focus on their mission. In fact, several Arvest ladies who have earned their certification have already pursued and obtained their dream jobs at Arvest.”

Participants learn about 10 character-based principles that impact their personal and professional success.
