Fitness for Fun Now Enrolling for Spring Session

Now enrolling for the spring session!

This community-based wellness program is designed to assist individuals in developing healthier lifestyles through education and a structured exercise routine. Although the program is designed for the adult exerciser, student trainers are well-prepared for participants of different ages (older than 17 years old) and backgrounds.

Participants receive a comprehensive fitness assessment, a personalized exercise prescription and access to all UREC facilities with a semester of personal training (about 15 weeks, about 3 hours per week). Follow-up assessments at the program's conclusion allow participants to chart their progress and develop future exercise strategies to fit their areas of interest. The attached video gives a great walkthrough of how the program operates.

We are now enrolling for the spring session to run from the end of January through the beginning of May. If interested, please visit the link below to enroll. You can email DavidLee@uark.edu or call 479-575-6762 for more information. Spots are limited so sign-up today!
