Midnight Breakfast Gives Students Wellness Break and Academic Success Tips

De-stress from finals with heaping pancakes, encouraging vibes, massages and aromatherapy at University Housing's Midnight Breakfast.

The event happens from 10 p.m. to midnight Thursday, Dec. 7, in the Arkansas Union International Connections Lounge.

Students have the opportunity to:

  • Compete in an academic success trivia game
  • Make stress balls and essential oils
  • Get a massage from a University Recreation massage therapist
  • Leave words of wisdom for their peers
  • Collect a finals survival kit

"The program's goal is to create an opportunity for students to unwind as they shift their focus from the standard academic rigor to the demands of finals week," said Ben Micek, assistant director for residence education.

Midnight Breakfast is part of University Housing's @Home series.
