Paneitz to Speak about Art of Negotiation at Chancellor's Commission on Women Luncheon

The Chancellor's Commission on Women will host Becky Paneitz at the Commission's upcoming luncheon on Tuesday, April 3. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m., and Paneitz will give the presentation, "Unreasonable Requests: The Art of Negotiation" at noon.

Lunch will be provided for the first 150 people who register for the event. Those interested in attending the luncheon should complete the registration form.

Paneitz is a seasoned consultant, speaker and coach-dedicated mentor, motivator and business leader who collaborates, instructs and inspires for success. Her latest venture in a nearly 40-year career is establishing the Women's Empowerment Center, which offers comprehensive coaching and development programing for women of all socio-economic and industry backgrounds.

Paneitz is best known for her 10 years as president at NorthWest Arkansas Community College. She was the first woman in Arkansas to receive President Emeritus distinction, which she was awarded for her commitment and dedication to the college after her July 2013 retirement.

Paneitz is a member of the Northwest Arkansas Council, serves on the board of Workmatters and is a member of the Northwest Arkansas chapter's Association of Latino Professionals for America Corporate Advisory Board. She is actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas community and is passionate about women's issues. She is also an adjunct faculty member for National American University.

Paneitz holds a doctoral degree in vocational education from Colorado State University, a master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a bachelor's degree in office administration from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
