McDonald County Students Visit for Campus Day
On Monday, May 14, University Access Talent Search at the University of Arkansas will be hosting Campus Day 2018. Approximately 100 students in grades 6, 7 and 8, as well as school personnel from McDonald County, Missouri schools will be in attendance. Students will see presentations by The School of Art,as well as spotlight photography, art history, printmaking, drawing & graphic design. Students will also have the opportunity to do a hands-on printmaking project. Arriving at 10:00, they will meet at Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall for a general presentation, eat lunch on campus and end their day with a tour of the Fred Smith Football Center.
Showcasing the University of Arkansas, prospective students get the chance to explore the campus as well as learn about the arts as future opportunities await them as students at the University of Arkansas.
