Applications Available for the 2018-19 LGBTQ-Plus Mentoring Program

The U of A LGBTQ-plus Faculty/Staff-Student Mentoring Program is pleased to announce it is accepting applications from LGBTQ-plus faculty and staff who wish to be mentors for LGBTQ-plus students as well as LGBTQ-plus students who wish to participate as mentees. Returning mentors and mentees are required to fill out the application again.

The goals of this program are to foster mentoring relationships between students and faculty/staff that offer support, guidance and resources to LGBTQ-plus students at the U of A and to expose students to the diverse out-of-classroom lives of adult LGBTQ-plus members of the U of A community. Graduate students can be either mentors or mentees, depending on their needs and experiences.

If you are interested in being a mentor or mentee please contact Sarah Finley lgbtq@uark.edu for an application or more information.
