The IT Help Desk provides support both online and in person.

As the rush of a new semester begins, IT Services is ready to assist students, faculty and staff in seeking solutions to tech problems.

IT Services' redesigned Help Portal enhances the user's experience making it easier to create tickets, request services, and find software and instructions. Additionally, tech alerts are displayed on the homepage of the portal to notify users of current outages or issues.

Want to meet with someone in person? Students, faculty and staff can visit the recently relocated IT Help Desk in the Arkansas Union to ask questions and receive assistance. The IT Help Desk also provides assistance by phone at 479-575-2905 until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Chat with tech support is available on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Users can access contact information, hours and check the current status of the campus network at the IT Services Help and Support page.
