CIO Search to Close Sept. 30
Next week, the University of Arkansas will close its nationwide search for the position of associate vice chancellor for information technology and chief information officer.
The successful CIO candidate will play a principal role in providing strategic vision and leadership for all facets of university IT and overall operational management of the IT Services department. The individual will collaborate with both academic and administrative leaders to facilitate institutional change and create a positive organizational culture for information technology services across campus.
Viable candidates must submit a letter of interest, full resume/CV, and a list of three professional references by midnight Sept. 30. View the position description and qualifications.
John English, dean of the College of Engineering, will chair the search committee. In an effort to find the best candidates, IT Services encourages higher education and technology professionals to submit nominations for CIO candidates.
