ROGERS, Ark. – Registration is open for 10 online health care training programs offered by the University of Arkansas Global Campus to help the workforce prepare to fill a growing demand for health care employees.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics in the U.S. Department of Labor predicts employment of health care occupations will grow 18 percent by 2026, adding about 2.4 million new jobs nationwide. The Global Campus partnered with Condensed Curriculum International to provide online health care career training programs to help Northwest Arkansas meet this demand.

“This projected growth is mainly due to an aging population, leading to greater demand for health care services,” the bureau website said.

  • Assisted Living Technician Certificate Program with Clinical Externship, $1,299
  • Clinical Medical Assistant with Externship, $2,499
