Faculty are encouraged to drop off scantrons in Gibson Annex.

As the midterm testing period approaches, faculty will be able to take advantage of recent improvements to the scantron grading and storage process.

This fall, the Box file-sharing service replaced the Scantron SharePoint site. This new storage solution makes it easier for instructors to find and sort test results for each of their students and classes. Faculty will be able to access files by logging into Box with their UARK email and password.

Faculty and staff will also notice a difference in the Excel reports provided by the test scanning software. The detailed report will include additional workbooks, such as student statistics, test statistics report, class learning objectives, student achievement and more. Additionally, the student statistics report will be color-coded based on incorrect or correct answers, which simplifies the overall review process.

Visit the updated Test Scanning and Scoring page to learn more.

Test scanning and scoring services are provided under Academic Policy 1480.10.
