FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Registrar’s Office has listed 91 rooms across campus that will be available for individual study – not group study or review – across campus starting Friday, Dec. 7. The rooms are available on a first-come basis.

A pdf of the full schedule is available here.

Schedules will also be posted for each day on the U of A Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Most of the study rooms are available between 8 a.m. and noon or noon and 5 p.m., but the “UREC Study Hall” -- HPER 310 --  will be open evenings from 5-10 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, Monday, Dec. 10 and Tuesday, Dec. 11.

For the first time the Fowler House Conservatory will also be opened to students studying for exams, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, Monday, Dec. 10 and Tuesday, Dec. 11.

Mullins Library and other traditional study locations will also be open for extended hours during finals week.

Students contacted the Chancellor’s Office in May, 2017 pointing out a shortage of places to study during finals week. Last December more than 60 rooms were located and were heavily used by students, starting a new U of A tradition.
