April 4 Presentation on Academic Tools and Workflows on the iPad

The Teaching Innovation and Pedagogical Support (TIPS) team invites all who teach at the University of Arkansas to attend the upcoming TIPS for Teaching with Technology presentation on "Academic Tools & Workflows on the iPad" on Thursday, April 4. This one-hour presentation will be offered twice, once at 11 a.m. and again at 2 p.m. at the TIPS Center in Gibson Annex

During this event, Apple development executives will provide an overview of academic tools and workflows on the iPad with a focus on accessibility, student engagement, classroom collaboration and digital content creation. Facilitators will provide a summary of Apple resources and provide ways for faculty to explore these topics in greater depth. Attendees are encouraged to bring iPads.

Seats are limited, please register to attend. Snacks and coffee will be available. Additionally, the TIPS team will be onsite to answer questions and discuss classroom ideas.

TIPS is a partnership between the Wally Cordes Teaching and Faculty Support CenterIT Services, and Global Campus. The TIPS website provides quick teaching tips, faculty spotlights, upcoming events, and help with academic technology tools. 

Drop by for teaching innovation and pedagogical support weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the TIPS Center in Gibson Annex or TIPS Underground at Global Campus.
