Roadwork Means Route 13 Is Slightly Altered

Razorback Transit Route 13 will run a slightly different route on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A small portion of the route will be diverted to Stone Street.

Beginning on Monday, Razorback Transit Route 13 — which includes parts of campus, Dickson Street, and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. — will be slightly altered as a result of road work.

The work is taking place in the area where Hill Avenue intersects with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Ordinarily buses on Route 13 go through that area, but because of the work, they will instead take a route that includes Stone Street and Buchanan Avenue.

When a Route 13 bus goes south on Hill Avenue, it will turn right on to Stone and then left on to Buchanan.

It will then intersect with Martin Luther King just to the east of Fayetteville High School.

On the return trip buses on that part of the route will turn left from Martin Luther King on to Buchanan, right on to Stone, and then left on to Hill.

All other parts of the route will remain the same.

Bus stops will not be made in the area where Hill intersects with Martin Luther King. A temporary bus stop will be utilized on Buchanan.

Route 13 will return to normal after the work is completed, which is expected to be on Thursday, April 11.
