FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Office of Financial Aid at the University of Arkansas recently added a new feature to finaid.uark.edu that will help students find quick answers to the most commonly asked questions about financial aid.

This new chat feature — Razorbot — is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This tool, designed to help both current and incoming students, allows students to access information and tutorial videos through a quick, intuitive interface available throughout the financial aid website. Razorbot also serves as a convenient way to contact financial aid advisors for help with more complex questions.

Students with questions about financial aid — including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) — are encouraged to visit finaid.uark.edu to learn more.

Financial aid advisors are also available for calls and walk-in appointments 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To reach an advisor, students should call (479) 575-3806 or visit the Office of Financial Aid at 114 Silas H. Hunt Hall.
