Interested in Learning Arabic This Summer?
Elementary Arabic 1 (ARAB1003) will be offered during the first summer session, Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The course may be taken for credit toward the minor in Arabic, and/or the major or minor in Middle East Studies. ARAB 1003 and ARAB 1013 (offered in fall) are equivalent to ARAB 1016.
This non-intensive introductory course is open to students with no prior knowledge of Arabic (or those in need of a refresher course). Students will learn to read, write, and converse in Arabic on a variety of basic, daily-life topics, as well as learn about the diverse cultures of native speakers.
