Submit Phone Numbers by June 5 for Final VoIP Transfer
University of Arkansas

More than 800 additional phone numbers were transferred to the new VoIP phone system last week, bringing the total number of active VoIP system users on campus to 3,956.

With a majority of numbers now on the new system, IT Services is working to identify any additional phone numbers that still need to transfer from AT&T to the VoIP system.

If you or individuals in your department are still actively using analog phones, please email the following information to voip@uark.edu no later than Wednesday, June 5:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Location: Building and Room Number

A member of the VoIP team will follow up to confirm your information and provide additional details as to when your number will transfer.
