Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: New Policy and Revisions
The following Fayetteville Policy and Procedures have been revised:
- 519.0 Immunization Policy for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
- Consistent with State requirements, the University has long required all incoming freshmen and international students to furnish evidence of two-dose measles, mumps, and rubella immunization, subject to any applicable exemptions. The policy confirms that practice and clarifies that all incoming students who will be taking classes on campus, including graduate and transfer students, must meet the two-dose MMR requirement, effective January 2020.
The following Policy Document has also been revised:
- 407.0 Extra Compensation Policy - Policy Document - Extra Compensation Form
- The policy document has been updated due to correction of the correct submission process for the form.
- 420.0 Employee Educational Development Incentive - Policy Document - Application for Educational Differential
- The policy document has been updated due to correction of the correct submission process for the form.
- 700.5 Alcohol Policy for University Special Events - Policy Document - Appendix B
- The Alcohol Policy for University Special Events has been updated to include the Pryor Center as a location approved for the service and/or sale of alcoholic beverages at events held by University or Non-University entities.
- 702.1 Building Executives - Duties and Responsibilities - Policy Document - Building Executives and Alternates List
- This policy document has been updated to reflect changes in building personnel on campus. Please use the search function of this policy document to see if your Building Executive and Alternate have changed. A link with instructions for requesting updates to the Building Executives and Alternates List has been added to the Policy Document.
