Employee parking permits from the 2018-19 school year expire on Wednesday, July 31.

As a result, University of Arkansas staff and faculty who have not yet obtained a parking permit for the coming school year are reminded to do so.

New parking permits should be purchased online at the Transit and Parking website. To secure a parking permit, go to the Parking Account Portal.

An email reminder went out to permit holders on June 30, with specific instructions on how to complete the renewal process.

For your convenience, it is included here:

"Beginning July 1, you can purchase your Faculty/Staff parking permit for FY20. Faculty/Staff parking permits will be sold on-line only, except for employees with an ADA permit.

Employees can purchase a Faculty/Staff parking permit online by accessing the Parking Account Portal. Scroll down and click on Get Permits. Then scroll down and click on Affiliated Login. Log in with your UA ID and password (UA username and password used for email). Scroll down under Purchase a Permit and select Next. Follow the prompts, including selecting "I Agree" (following the parking agreement), select the primary vehicle that will display the permit from the list; or add a new vehicle(s); select payment method and complete any necessary information. Check the accuracy of your home and email addresses and correct if necessary, select the shipping method, and select submit payment.

The permit can only be mailed to your home address. Your parking permit should arrive in three to five business days."
