  • Wednesday, Sept. 11
  • 1-4 p.m.
  • Arkansas Union Verizon Ballroom
  • Attire: Business Casual

U of A students, whether you are looking for a full-time, part-time position or an internship, you will find great opportunities at the All Careers Fair to connect with prospective employers from a variety of industries. Also, attend this fair to expand your network, polish your interview skills, learn industry information, and gather information about companies. Some employers who attend this fair are focused on students with specific majors; however, many are interested in UA Students from a broad range of disciplines. No matter your major, if you are interested in working for any of the industries in attendance, this is the fair for you.

The Walmart Networking Event provides an opportunity for students to connect with Walmart representatives from 15-20 departments in a career fair setting.

Walmart Senior Campus Recruiter, Zoë Barton, stated, "At Walmart we are looking for the brightest and the best talent to join our teams all around the world. This is the place where individuals take pride in striving for excellence, while changing the way the world shops. We partner with the University of Arkansas year after year to find these exact individuals, and we invite you to learn more about our global team of associates and vendors, where you can truly make an impact. This is the place where new ways of thought and unique perspectives are embraced, and where together we can change the way the world shops."

It is important for students to prepare for the career fair and to bring several copies of previously reviewed and revised resumes. Students can have their resumes reviewed by attending the Career Center's Drop-in Resume Review scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, in the Arkansas Union International Connections Lounge. Another option for students is to stop by our Career Studio noon to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.

Business casual attire is required to attend.
