Want to Join a Student Club? Need a Major or Minor? Attend Bumpers Bash

Bumpers Bash is open to any student on campus interested in getting involved with a club or organization, or wanting information on majors and minors.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Any U of A students looking for clubs, organizations or extracurricular activities to get involved in are invited to Bumpers Bash hosted by the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences.

All students undecided on a major and/or minor are also encouraged to attend.

Bumpers College and the School of Human Environmental Sciences sponsor more than 20 clubs and organizations, and members are not required to be Bumpers College majors.

Bumpers Bash will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, on the Maudine Sanders Student Plaza and Garden and Hawkins Family Terrace on the south end of the AFLS Building.

Each club and organization, along with every academic department from Bumpers College, will have tables and information booths set up for students to gather information about groups, activities, majors and minors.

The college is providing free lunch, drinks and giveaways. No registration is required. See a list of clubs here.
