Kickin' for a Cause: Sign up for Kickball Tournament

Hello fellow razorbacks! Have YOU ever wanted to make a difference in someone's life but never knew how? We've got the event for you!

The University of Arkansas chapter of the NSSLHA (National Student Speech Language Hearing Association) is hosting a co-rec Kickball Tournament on Sunday, Oct. 6, to raise funds and toys for the nonprofit organization TEAMworks International. This organization travels internationally to help improve lives through training professionals and the provision of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

TEAMworks travels to places like Guatemala, Ukraine, and Rwanda where they work with hundreds of children to offer individualized therapy plans to help improve lives.

Please visit the registration page to sign up! The U of A chapter will be capping the teams at 20 so don't wait!

  • What: Kickball Tournament – They will be charging a $20 entry fee
  • Where: Lake Fayetteville Baseball field No. 1
  • When: Sunday, Oct. 6, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Don't feel like playing kickball? Don't worry! The chapter will be gathering donations for children's toys or children's shoes as a gate fee the day of the event, so come watch your friends and kick it! Please see the list of toys they will be taking below!
