Arkansas Water Resources Center Is Hiring Student Website Developer
The Arkansas Water Resources Center is looking for a student to fulfill a part-time position primarily related to website development and maintenance. Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed. See below for more detail about job responsibilities, qualifications, and how to apply.
Hours per week: 10-15
Hourly pay: $10/hour (but negotiable based on experience)
Location: Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences, 1371 W. Altheimer Drive, Fayetteville
Position responsibilities:
- AWRC website development and maintenance (arkansas-water-center.uark.edu/)
- WaterCurrents website maintenance (watercurrents.uark.edu/)
- Electronic newsletter production
- Social media
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Position qualifications:
- Interest in website development
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Follows instructions, detail-orientated
- Creative thinking and independent problem solving
