Fall Field Day on Thursday at Union Mall

The Exercise is Medicine program invites students to the EIM Fall Field Day 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Union Mall. Students who attend will have a variety of different games to play as well as get free candy and prizes!  Costumes are encouraged!

Exercise is Medicine's goal is to raise awareness about the impact of exercise on overall physical and mental health for students and to have activity level considered a vital sign by Pat Walker. By taking part in Field Day, students will learn about campus resources for exercise, how to get involved in Exercise is Medicine, and how our organization is working to benefit students across campus.

If you are interested in our research component of the Exercise is Medicine program, you can also sign up for our research study measuring the correlation between physical fitness and overall health.
