FAA Drone Safety Team Briefing Today

Want to be a Federal Aviation Administration-certificated Unmanned Aircraft System (drone) remote pilot? The University of Arkansas will host a Federal Aviation Administration safety team briefing on drones at 11 a.m. today, Monday, Nov. 4, in room 512 in the Arkansas Union.
Richard Ham, associate director of the Master of Science in Operations Management Program, will give a Federal Aviation Administration briefing on drone operations including airspace, regulatory requirements for remote pilots, research and education opportunities at the University of Arkansas. Drones used in exciting research at the university will be displayed.
