Are you a student who is passionate about the University of Arkansas? Are you seeking leadership and mentoring experience? Do you want to leave your mark on campus and make an impact on incoming Razorbacks? If you answered yes to any of these questions, being a R.O.C.K. Camp Mentor is perfect for you!

R.O.C.K. (Razorback Outreach for Community and Knowledge) Camp is an extended orientation program designed to help new students gain valuable insight and knowledge about their new home at the University of Arkansas. R.O.C.K. Camp and R.O.C.K. Camp Adventure continues to succeed because of our dedicated student mentor staff. The R.O.C.K. Camp Mentor staff helps to welcome new students into the Razorback family by teaching them campus traditions, introducing them to campus resources, and setting the tone for a successful college career. This paid-leadership position helps new students find their community here at the University of Arkansas, creating lasting friendships with other new and upper-class students.

According to junior Mayu Sato, as a "R.O.C.K. Camp Mentor, you get to pass down our campus traditions and spirit to our incoming freshmen. It is also a great opportunity to improve your leadership skills and build lifetime friendships."

Sophomore Malachi Block says that, "Being a R.O.C.K. Camp Mentor was a great experience for me. I feel like it's a good entry level leadership position for anyone!"

R.O.C.K. Camp and R.O.C.K. Camp Adventure are now accepting applications for our 2020 Mentor Team.
