Financial Aid Advisors Available in Union to Help With FAFSA Completion
Visit the Office of Financial Aid in Silas Hunt Hall.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Now is the best time to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA as it's better known. And during FAFSA days in December and January at the University of Arkansas, advisors from the office of financial aid will be available in the Arkansas Union to provide information and help current students complete the application for 2020-21 aid consideration.
Advisors will be available outside the Union Food Court between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the following days:
- Wednesday, Dec. 11
- Friday, Dec. 13
- Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020
Make plans now to stop by and find the information you need to be ready for 2020. Students are also welcome to connect with their financial aid advisor by emailing finaid@uark.edu, calling (479) 575-3806, or visiting the office of financial aid on campus at 114 Silas Hunt Hall.
The FAFSA is used to determine each student's eligibility for financial aid, and current students should complete the FAFSA each year. The application is free and is required for federal and state aid, as well as certain scholarship opportunities.
