Adobe Provides Temporary Free Access to Creative Cloud

Adobe Provides Temporary Free Access to Creative Cloud
University of Arkansas

Adobe is providing temporary access to their Creative Cloud suite until May 31 for University of Arkansas students, at no cost.

Students will need to follow these four steps to get started:

  1. Go to creativecloud.adobe.com on your computer (not a tablet or phone).
  2. Use your @uark.edu email address and password to sign in.
  3. Choose "Company or School Account" if prompted.
  4. Once logged in, click "Apps" at the top of the page to view and download all available apps.

Since this service will only be provided free to students temporarily, individuals using the software should save files online (e.g. on Box or OneDrive) or locally on your computer's hard drive to access them in the future. After the grace period Creative Cloud access will only be available after purchasing a student license, visiting campus labs or using Remote Lab.

Adobe Creative Cloud is normally available free of charge for faculty and staff to install on up to two devices at a time. For year-round access, students can subscribe to Creative Cloud for $60 per year (regular price $249). Creative Cloud includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more.

Please note that Adobe CC applications all have minimum system requirements. Students can contact adobe@uark.edu for assistance.

For additional assistance, you may also contact the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or via chat during these hours:
