A new feature in Blackboard simplifies course availability.

The annual spring Blackboard Learn upgrade will take place this weekend, adding improvements to existing functionality and responsiveness.

Blackboard will be unavailable for up to 24 hours, beginning at 11 p.m. on Friday, May 22 through Saturday, May 23. View the IT Status Monitor for additional information about this planned maintenance.

New features with this upgrade include the ability to easily make courses available along with a new attendance feature in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra that provides faculty and instructors with the ability to track student attendance in Collaborate sessions. Additionally, this upgrade enhances security features for all Blackboard users.

Find more details about these features and more in this TIPS Blackboard upgrade article.
