Student Affairs Resource Fair for Faculty and Staff to Be Held Oct. 28

Attention all faculty and staff of the University of Arkansas! In partnership with Teaching Faculty and Support Center and the Academic Technology and Innovation Program, the Student Affairs Professional Development Committee will be hosting the first-ever Student Affairs Resource Fair for faculty and staff members. The fair's goal is to continue connecting and learning together on how to better support students! The fair will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28.

This fair will be hosted on HogSync (hogsync.uark.edu), Student Affairs' engagement platform. Offices and departments throughout the Division of Student Affairs will host virtual booths that you will be able to join, connect with staff, ask questions about the resources offered, and leave to join another booth as you please! There will also be a help desk via zoom that you can join and ask overarching questions about student affairs, which offices you should connect with about specific topics, technical questions, and more! You can visit the fair initiation at this link and RSVP here.

You will need to create and login with a UARK HogSync account in order to participate in the virtual fair. You can follow along with this video to learn how to set up an account.

This YouTube video will show you how to access the fair and what to expect the day of the fair.

Offices from the Division of Student Affairs are still able to register to host a booth. You can visit HogSync and sign in to manage your organization. On your organization's home screen you will see an invitation to sign up for the Resource Fair. If your office or department does not have a HogSync page set up, you can request one by filing out this form and you will be contacted to sign up for the fair once it is created.

If you have any questions, please contact Emily Cook at ebcook@uark.edu
