Student Success Center 2021 Initiatives
The Student Success Center has been working hard to provide students with new resources meant to provide them with extra support while they face challenges related to remote learning.
- Study Groups
- Allow students to connect with classmates outside of class using Microsoft Teams.
- MyMajors
- A quick survey that shows students their top 10 compatible majors at the University of Arkansas.
- Online Chat
- Staff members are available Monday-Friday to answer general questions and direct students to academic resources at the Student Success website.
- Success Tips
- When filling out the study group form, students can sign up for weekly academic success tips that come to their phones and emails. Previous topics include tips for remote learning, the importance of sleep, staying motivated virtually, how to pay attention, making healthy choices, and self-care.
- Online tutoring
- Schedule an appointment with a tutor or chat instantly with online tutors!

Spring Bike Drive Refurbishes Old Bikes for New Students
All donated bikes will be given to Pedal It Forward, a local nonprofit that will refurbish your bike and return it to the U of A campus to be gifted to a student in need. Hundreds of students have already benefited.
